Here is the famous opera mini mod with handler menu in it. Opera mini mod is the most perfect browser in the world with lots of features. There are literally so many features that you will get tired of setting them. So, it is better to save settings and write them in separate backup file after finishing. The mod allows to choose each and every shortcut option, a separate download manager, multiple tabs, screenshot feature, built in background image selector, customized opera mini server chooser, full featured file manager that can open text and media files in the opera mini itself; means it has in built audio and video player, automatic reload feature; you can set autoreload to any site even if doest support it, authentication feature, inline text editing, option to select either phone memory or memory card for cache and many many others.
This mod is actually in Russian, but it is translated to English. You will find Russian links in the start page. It has the speed of opera mini 4.21 and great features as dreamed by many. I also have given lots of skins which are provided by my friend suhasa. There are total 48 skins. To use them , first extract the .col files inside it, then go to settings of opera->import and select desired .col file. then save the settings to see effect. Download and completely adjust the opera mini according to yourself.
